Using Gift Cards and Gift Certificates Online

Gift Cards

 If you have an unused Gift Card, you can redeem it at our online store. Please follow these instructions:

  1. Go to shoptistik.com and add the products you would like to your cart.
  2. Go to Checkout
  3. On the right section of the page, right under the products you are buying and before the subtotals, there is an “add a discount” button. Please click on it
  4. Enter the Gift Card 6 digit code, located under the bar code on the back of your gift card.
  5. Click “Apply” and then you will see the amount of the gift card applied to your purchase.
  6. Complete the checkout process by filling your shipping information.
  7. Complete the order.

*If your purchase is greater than the amount you have on your gift card, you can pay for the difference with any credit/debit card or with Paypal.

 *If your purchase is less than the amount you have on your gift card, then the credit will remain in your account. Next time you want to make a purchase, just follow these steps again and enter the same gift card number, the remaining credit will be applied to your new purchase.

 

 Gift Certificates

 If you have any outstanding paper gift certificate, you can use it to purchase products on our online store, but you need to first email us at info@shoptistik.com with the number on your Gift Certificate. It can be found on the upper right corner of your certificate.

 We will issue a credit at our online store and we will email you a Discount code that you can use when you purchase online.

 To use it, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to shoptistik.com and add the products you would like to your cart.
  2. Go to Checkout
  3. On the right section of the page, right under the products you are buying and before the subtotals, there is an “add a discount” button. Please click on it
  4. Enter the Discount Code that we sent you by email. It should be a 12 Digit Code.
  5. Click “Apply” and then you will see the amount of the gift card applied to your purchase.
  6. Complete the checkout process by filling your shipping information.
  7. Complete the order.
